car finance service

I am still a student and when I graduate and earn on my own, I am looking forward to buy a new car. Of course, I would love to have it on from my own hard work and income and since I am still starting to bring in some money, I would still be happy to save even just a little for my other needs.

As I was browsing online, I found this Carssure.com site which features great car offers. I consider it best because they have this Car Finance Service which helps the purchaser to choose a car which best suits their budget and guaranty them for good services.

SMILE - Groundation

Ah, ah, ah, ah
Jah-Jah-ah-u-a-u-ah (4x)

We have come to cry, upon the hillside and why?
Loaning them hearts to you and I
Robbing against them, oh I
Smile…Yes I, Gather upon the hillside for I,
Wo-oh-oh Lord

Smile…Yes I, chant upon dem hillside
Whispering thoughts that rise against I
Reaping over hills and boundaries
Impose their thought on you and I
Oh let them be a martyr,
But don’t let them suffer for these chains I fear Lord
They will have to linger for life

Them say
Smile…Yes I, Gathered upon the hillside
Warring, warring, warring for them
Sure they’ll be mourning, mourning
Mourning for them

Warrior talks on the hillside
Of how the ocean use to be our home
Over the man depths, the man go
Leave another stone for you and I
And so the Rasta a leave home
Red, red, gold and green them save!
Red, red, gold and green them save!

Standing low, challenge the King for the thrown
We were, standing tall, waiting for Babylon to fall…

We cry tears of the Most High
Wondering why they couldn’t love them
Who loved them. Yes I
Smile…Yes I, gather pon the hillside
Mourning for them who use to laugh, for they
They no longer see
They no longer have a faith
They no longer control us by a Judas lie, o-o-oh Jah

Jah-Jah-ah-u-a-u-ah (2x)
See the man a cry, upon them hillside and why?
They shall constantly seek
One of the sources of Life
Smile…Yes I, gather pon the hillside…
See dem, see dem, see dem,
See dem, see dem, see dem, see
These thoughts, gathered in m heart,
Gather in my heart, gathered in heart
No longer will they take a life they cannot do that
No longer will it beat only in the heart of you sir,
See it there, on the mountainside,
Where I come from, you can’t do that
You can’t do that
You can’t do that

you better lose your weight

I was a large healthy baby when my mom gave birth to me. But, as years pass, my body is becoming lean. Maybe because both sides of my mother and father do not have history of being obese or even just becoming fat…really, really fat. My close friends and relatives especially my mother always wanted me to become fat, or even just to gain a little bit weight. I was really hoping for it to happen too because even when I eat a lot, still I don’t gain weight. I don’t know why. Now on the positive side of my body built, I was really thankful for having this kind of body structure because I don’t need to worry about losing the weight I gain every time I eat and of course, I don’t need to watch out for my food intake.

I have this circle of friends and they call me their equalizer. Why? Because aside from the fact that I am too silent and they are super noisy, they consider me their equalizer or neutralizer because I am the only one in the circle that has slender body. All the four of them are plump and chubby. They always comment on my slim fit body because no matter what I eat, I don’t gain weight like most of them do. Constantly, they ask me the secret why I have this body or if I know some ways that could probably help them lose body mass because they once told me that the Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers didn’t take effect on them so i suggested to them to visit fat loss guru that would help them on their problem. On these, they would be able to experience a whole lot better weight losing program, a diet that is so refreshing that they would surely love because of their fat burning diet generator that comes with an ultimate diet handbook that will surely solve your worries.

KADAYAWAN 2oo8

KADAYAWAN! And its… PARTY TIME! It’s kadayawan here in Davao City, a festival wherein we celebrate it for thanksgiving for the abundance of fruits and stuffs. We usually celebrate it with our indigenous people from the different tribes found in Davao City. Today is the street dance competition wherein groups for the different places in Davao and even groups from outside the Davao joined. It was indeed a festive occasion that foreigners love. Tomorrow, August 24, 2008 is the floral float parade that different groups from different sectors will be part of. Expect that celebrities from Manila will be here for the parade. So, come and party!

it's my car :p

Our car has been damaged due to its excess use. Its aircondition and machine had depleted. It was really a huge disaster because we weren’t able to use our car for a week and it is difficult to travel from a place to another without a car. Good thing a friend introduced me to Collision repairs. They also offer auto body repairs for damaged cars. I was really satisfied with their services and I’m looking forward unto doing business with them.

♥♥♥SPOT`s got a new home♥♥♥

My new dog had arrived just this afternoon and i am so0o0o happy... along with my puppy was her mother named angel... (Package deal) hahaha... they were both lovely...and i am overwhelmed by their presence. My pup was so sleepyhead like the one who gave those dogs to me. (waahahaha!) ö She always sleeps whenever she had chances (of course, most of the time she has..). My niece was so glad when she saw the two “lobo-like”creatures. It was hard getting them here from their former home because we’re not able to produce a private vehicle that we can ride and so we have to ride on a taxi cab. We had a hard time convincing them to let us ride. Good thing, a driver of the taxi that we finally called was a neighbour and so he let us ride and delivered us home. I’ll see later if this pup would behave. J

rug RATS.

I was really annoyed by those rats running and strolling around our house. Yet, I can’t hurt them because I pity them. One night, while I was preparing the food for SPOT, I spotted 3 mice and I remembered the song “three blind mice, three blind mice, see how they run. See how they run.” Hahaha… kidding aside, I decided to take photos of them, struggling to escape from the misery they would be in seconds from that time. But, at the end, I didn’t punished or killed them, instead we let them escape. I believe they also struggle to live like what humans do.

JAPANESE FILM FESTIVAL

Today’s the Japanese Film Festival held at the Cinema 1 of Gaisano South. The said festival showcased 3 Japanese Films entitled Linda, Linda, Linda, We Shall Overcome Someday, and Hanging Garden. The films presented are produced and directed by different persons. The three movies had different story plots (of course)… hmm… Overall, those three stories had pleasing story plots, cinematography…in short, we had fun watching those. I’m looking forward unto watching more movies on the coming days. Ciao!

PAPER WORX

I am a BA Communication Arts student and being a student of the said course requires the ability to write personal narrative essay, Essay Thesis, research papers, term papers, etc., Not only we need to write but it is a must that we should write with quality. Of course, on college years, there are professors that require a lot of paper with high expectation and it is not new that at some time deadlines of those papers assigned by those professors meet and so, you would have a hard time doing papers for different subjects at a short period of time.

Based on my experience way back when i was a freshman, i really had a hard time cramming just to pass two papers on the same day and i only have an overnight to do it. The result? I both failed to have a good and comprehensive paper. That was too bad and too exhausting having no sleep just to finish a ten paged paper and a research paper. Good thing i recently found a site on the web that provided me Essay Writing Tips that would surely help me have a paper that would meet the high expectations of my professors and i would not again get a low grade with my papers.

IM BACK!

Hmm… what happened recently that I haven’t got the chance to check my mail and have a post here? It’s just that I got busy… I often go home late and if I got the chance to peep on the web at school using the wi-fi, i just have enough time for checking my mail and viewing my friendster profile, beyond that, it’s over, time for another subject. Too bad. But, thank God, I had the chance to post an entry here cause it was surely a long time since I last posted. HELLO to the people who visited my space when I am not on line and thanks to you for not forgetting to drop at my space.

Well, recently, uhm, I mean few weeks ago, we had our acquaintance party at Felis Beach Resort somewhere at Matina Aplaya. It was really not SOOOO FUN but it was worth-it I may say. For the small amount that we paid, we had great time swimming with my classmates and course mates. On that event I was able to bond with a course mate that i didn’t imagine I would have fun being with. It was indeed a fun and exciting day… I’ll post pics later on.. J so, bye for now! I have to pee.. I’ll just update you as soon as I would have the chance again to post here.

advance 16th to yah!

Few days from now, ngit and I would be celebrating our 16th month. I always tell him I didn’t expect this to happen yet I’m so thankful that I had him. *wink* hmm… and he also had the same perception as I do. We both didn’t expected this relationship to work this long because we started it wrong (if I may say). We had hurt people on our way to this yet we managed to surpass the dilemmas and all. Yes, of course, arguments are common but thank God each one had the courage to go on and nobody let go of each one. I may say I am so lucky to have someone who spoiled not only me but also my family. I am so blessed to have someone whom I can count on all the time and someone who cares and accepted me as I am. J Advance HAPPY 16th! :-P

they call me L-I-A-R…C-H-E-A-T-E-R

I received a text message from my best friend Shaira as I was doing a blog entry that I would be posting for tomorrow. I decided to have that posted here because I know that people out there would be able to relate with itsomehow, like I do. J and the message was:

“People hate me for being a heartbreaker. They say I am a LIAR. They call me a CHEATER. But what they never knew is that before I had this attitude somebody broke me too.”

I can really relate to it because it reminded me of what I am way back. A girl who’s not contented of what she has, a manifestation of hurt that people caused me, a mark of unhappiness  But, I had changed, become more mature and realized my mistakes. Thank God someone made me see the right thing. And that proved to me that downfalls and distresses that we encounter each day is plays a great part for us to be sturdy and that God has better plans for useven the BEST.

what’s the occasion?

Today’s my elder Brother’s birthday but it was just like the other day except for the fact that it’s my brother’s birthday and the once-in-a-lifetime kare-kare that my grandmother had prepared. It was really an unusual birthday because we hadn’t seen him that long on that day. He went home on lunch time and left home few hours after he arrived home and again went home late night. Phew! That was quite a tough schedule…just like the other Sundays we had…special yet ordinary day.

name names

I am so excited for an upcoming puppy that I would adoptan all white female puppy. I have no choice but to adopt a female dog because I want my pup to be all white, I know my grandma wouldn’t agree with the gender of the dog with the reason that when it gets old it gives birth to a number of pups and we can’t accommodate a number of them. Well, I’ll just convince her and I know when I bring the pup home she can’t do anything but to just take care of it. J he he  I still don’t know what name would I give this tiny and cute little creature. Maybe you can suggest a name for her. I took a picture of the pup that I would be adopting and maybe from that picture you would help me decide a name for her. She’s still few weeks old here and see how cute she is.

i'm sorry for talking trash...

I feel so bad. I feel sad. I feel useless…

I feel useless because I can’t do anything to help out people. I feel sad because my mom has to leave us again but I understand the reasons. And I feel bad because there’s a person out there who makes me feel I’m useless…and hopeless. Too bad that person was one of the people I care a lot. Too bad that person’s too important… is it my fault that I don’t have that much maturity or experience to deal with that kind of problem? Is it? I’m so sorry for being stupid for not having answers most of the time. But let me tell you, I’m trying my best to help you yet I’m sorry if it wasn’t enough and sorry if you weren’t able to see and feel it. SORRY!

surfing the net for surfboards?

Philippines has lots of amazingly beautiful beaches and shoreline. Resorts, party places along the beach, and of course, SPORTS. I have friends who are enjoying scheme boarding along the beaches, it is a sport somewhat like of the surfing but does not require big waves unlike surfing. Oops! Don’t think that Philippines don’t have beaches conducive for surfing because Philippines do have beaches with BIG waves and that made me curious about surfing. J What really is surfing, where did it originated, what does is require for you to be a surfer…a good surfer. I had found out that it is:

Surfing is a surface water sport in which participant is carried along the face of a breaking wave, most commonly using a surfboard.

On history, surfing was part of the Polynesian culture in which the chief would display their authority by demonstrating their ability on surfing. It was the basis to measure their capability on leading the group. The board used by the chief is made from the best tree because as a head of the group they surely deserve to have the best board to enrich their talent on surfing. Up to now, surfing is a well-known sport all over the world especially those with beautiful beaches and shoreline.

There are two major subdivisions within the contemporary stand-up surfing reflected by the differences in surfboard design and riding style of longboarding and shortboarding.

Longboarding usually uses a longboard and is primarily a single finned surfboard with large rounded nose and length of 9–12 ft (2.7–3.7 m). Noseriders are a class of longboards which enable the rider to walk to the tip and nose ride. While on the other hand, shortboarding uses a variety of surfboards within five and seven feet in height and with a pointed nose and a rounded or squarish tail.

I had learned a lot and had enjoyed looking for information on surfboarding that makes me wanna buy surfboards online. Wait I’ll check out for those after this.

summer fun :) thanks!

Yeah! We just had our Samal escapade last May 20—my debut. It was indeed a moment that I wouldn’t want to forget because aside from it’s the day that I am no longer a child, it was really fun and exciting and it wouldn’t be possible without the help of my friends and loved ones. J

And so, I wanna take this opportunity to thank the people behind the successful and memorable party.

Special thanks to my mom and tito who provided me the funds for the event, to my grandma who spent time and effort cooking the food even she’s not feeling well and even without the electricity, to my sis in law who lent me funds and tupperwares, and who paid the entrance fee and additional transportation, to ya mac and papa for the venue, to shaira and jay2 for the drinks and for coming despite the distance, to all those who came, to the all people who greeted me… and another big THANKS to ngit who helped me on the preparations and all…and of course thanks for the gift! hihi…

Love yah all! J MWAH!

LIGHTS out!

“Pa, have you seen my birth certificate?” and I asked the same question to my grandma… “Have you seen or kept my birth certificate lola?” They both answered they haven’t seen it nor kept it. :c and I don’t even have an idea on where would I start searching for the lost certificate. I badly and desperately needed it for me to be able to claim my ATM card.

I was on my mother’s room searching for the lost document when the lights turned off leaving me on the dim lit room barely seeing the thing inside the bed drawer where I was searching. The electricity was out. It was unpaid for a few months and the disconnection warning slip was given two days ago. So, today, it was out…all out… it made this day disappointing, I cant find the missing document and that means I cant get my ATM card, and the most discouraging part was tomorrow is my birthday and I am planning to celebrate it at the island of Samal for a “pahabol” summer party and at the same time my debut. So, how would I prepare the food without the light? I planned to go to the market after I claim my ATM to purchase the food ingredients that will be prepared for tomorrow, but the big problem is, where will I place the meats in order for them to be fresh until tomorrow?

I am running out of time. The bank closes up at 3pm and it’s already 1pm yet I still haven’t seen my birth certificate. I was so worried that I would not be able to get to the bank on time, meaning, I would not be able to pick up my card. Suddenly, it came into my mind that birth certificate was not the only option; instead, it is just one of the OPTIONS. Thank god I remembered that a Barangay certificate or Barangay clearance would also do to claim the card. So, I hurriedly took a bath and visited the Barangay Hall for the said document. It was almost 3pm when we got to the bank and thank goodness the bank employee was nice and entertained me until past 3! J

The only problem I thought would be the food ingredients, where would I place it and how will we work on preparing the food on a dark night. Night came and so we have no choice but to do it without the light—dark…extremely dark…with just a candle as light, we had the ingredients, peeled, chopped and cooked. Thanks to my ngit, he was there who also helped us on preparing the food even though it was dark. L yet, another problem came when the people I invited aren’t sure that they would come because the place was far. Thank God I was able to convince them and they took pity on me, so they decided to come. I really owe them a lot.

Though it was difficult sleeping without fan, I fell fast asleep because it was a long day for us and tomorrow, it would be a longer day…a summer trip-adventure…my birthday…my 18th birthday… J
